Our city is nationally recognized as the tech capital of the South for producing top talent, nurturing innovation, and developing tomorrow’s leaders. But we’re aiming even higher – to become one of the nation’s top five technology and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Presented by the City of Atlanta in collaboration with local colleges and universities, Avant South explores the unique intersection of culture, innovation, and technology, highlighting the key role these elements play across industries. 

This year’s theme is AI in Action. From logistics to fintech, healthcare to media, AI is reshaping the industries Atlanta knows best, and we’re building with it every day. Insights and strategies developed at Avant South will directly inform a plan outlining a clear path to position Atlanta as a national center of excellence for real-world AI.
